Finishing

Beyond the printing of exciting decorating solutions, Serigraph know-how includes numerous finishing capabilities. Finishing is basically anything that takes the flat, printed product to a new dimension: things like embossing, urethane dome coating and forming.

As more and more manufacturers reduce their vendor base and streamline production, they're looking for suppliers that are able to provide them with finished parts. Serigraph gets the job done!

Forming

Forming plastic requires certain tools and equipment. Forming a printed sheet of plastic requires a team of experienced professionals. Serigraph has the resources you need to achieve results ranging from a subtle emboss with simple curves to a deep draw and backlighting with compound curves. Using a variety of proprietary forming technologies, Serigraph can guide designers and engineers through the development stage to a three-dimensional solution that meets their graphic, quality and budget expectations.

In-Mold Decorating

So you want a no-label look, and your graphics need to go around compound curves? Or you simply want to eliminate post-mold decorating on your injection molded product. In-mold decorating, or IML, may be the answer.

Combined Technologies

One distinguishing factor separating a small print shop from Serigraph is depth and breadth of capabilities. Serigraph has that depth and breadth; we regularly pool resources by combining core competencies. For example, two printing processes may be combined to take advantage of each of their benefits (e.g. offset’s high resolution with screening’s opacity). Or a part may be printed flat, then formed, then finished with urethane for an exceptional three dimensional effect – all in house. Combining technologies - along with world class services, ranging from GM Certified testing facilities, image creation and prototyping to complete engineering solutions – gives Serigraph the EDGE in providing innovative printed decorating solutions to our customers.
