Serigraph had a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customer who split its point of purchase business between several print vendors and a separate fulfillment center.  In addition, it was using a hard copy order form and having franchisees mail and fax them in.  The ordering process was time intensive and fraught with errors. Serigraph consolidated its print and fulfillment and developed an on-line ordering system to help the customer with order aggregation and distribution.  The net gain for the customer was significant savings in capital, time and effort. The customer also benefited from having six weeks taken out of its program cycle, allowing the customer to run extra promotions and be more nimble amidst changing market conditions.

A leading retail company came to us for an upcoming holiday promotion. As part of the promotion, the client was looking to create differing sized creative snowflakes that would decorate their stores. The client brought in a one-off sample and asked for our expertise.
