Serigraph is the market leader in design and manufacture of graphic appliqués for In-Mold Decorating (IMD) and In-Mold Labeling (IML) applications. What differentiates Serigraph is our ability to insert mold / integrate the appliqué into a decorative or functional product. We can mold the product at Serigraph or provide a turn-key molding system for your supplier or your in-house molding operation.
We have implemented thousands of successful IML projects. We have the technical expertise, printing, tooling, molding technology, quality systems and global reach to deliver solutions for a wide range of applications. We have invested heavily in this technology and offer our customers a single source solution, thereby eliminating inherent problems with fragmented supply chains. Whether you’re interested in purchasing a flat or formed appliqué or a complete molded product - we can deliver value.

We print on a wide range of substrates using standard, custom color or specialty inks. Serigraph provides flexographic labels, heat transfers, pressure sensitive labels and many other products.
The diversity of our customer base, range of product application experience, and array of printing technologies gives Serigraph the ability to deliver complete solutions through integration of products, processes and services. For example, we can print a graphic user interface for an appliance application on a flexible plastic substrate and then combine it with multiple layers of printed circuitry to form a membrane switch. Or, we can integrate a decorative graphic applique into an In-Mold Label (IML) product through plastic injection molding. We can also integrate a variety of custom printing technologies into a single graphic product to give it functional capability and decorative distinction. Let us help you find ways to integrate technologies and drive cost out of your products.

A membrane switch is a flexible switch for turning a circuit on and off, often for electrical appliances. The circuit is printed on a plastic substrate using special inks containing copper, silver, graphite or other conductive materials. Membrane switches have multiple layers with the top one being the graphic interface between the user and the machine.
Serigraph offers rigid and flexible membrane switch products. Graphic overlays are integrated with the switch; providing a compact product resistant to moisture and dirt. A few examples include Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, display panels, filters, flex circuits, integral LED’s, metal dome arrays, and tactile switches.
