Serigraph does it all. We have significant printing capability at 10 manufacturing locations around the world – United States (4), Mexico (3), China (2), and India (1). Technical resources, such as Chemists, Ink Specialists and Engineers support the facilities to ensure customer specifications are met. Designers assist customers in developing high impact graphics and engineered solutions sure to bring their products and brands to life.

Screen Printing:

Pushing inks through a stretched mesh is the oldest form of printing.  It allows thick lay-downs of ink.  Serigraph is one of the world's largest screen printers.

Offset Lithography Printing:

Aluminum plates carry the image in lithographic printing, a technology that Serigraph pioneered for use on plastic substrates.

• Computer-to-plate (CTP) capabilities
• Flexo coater unit in-line with six-color press
• UV interstation and delivery curing

Flexographic Printing:

Polymer plate printing allows for the use of thin films and high speeds.

• High-volume alternative to web screen printing
• High-resolution 4-color process
• Printing on two sides
• Embossing and hot stamping
• In-line laminating and die cutting

Digital Printing:

Computer-driven digital printing can be accomplished with a number of technological approaches. It is perfect for short runs.

• Multiple ink jet printers
• Large format with maximum 52" width.
• Plastic or paper thicknesses from .005" to .025" 
• In-line Laminating & die-cutting
• Foil-based digital printing

Functional Printing:
