High Quality, Polished Appearance

Serigraph CNC lenses provide an attractive, durable alterntaive to traditional graphical overlays for product nameplates, bezels and fascias. Serigraph's CNC lenses can be optically clear or screen printed with a variety of colors and finishes to enhance the look of a product. Serigraph's CNC lenses are made of acrylic or polycarbonate and are easily decroated with graphics and chamfered edges to deliver a quality, polished appearance. Serigraph uses Non-Conductive Metallization (NCVM) to deliver a chome finish without RF interference.

The lens can be optically clear or screen printed with a variety of colors and finishes to enhance the look of a product. Its high gloss appearance, chamfer cut edges and scratch-resistant surface make it a popular choice for consumer electronics, telecommunications, medical, appliance and automotive markets.

CNC lens are made of acrylic (PMMA) or polycarbonate (PC) and are easily decorated with graphics and chamfered edges to deliver a quality, polished appearance. Surfaces can be gloss or matte and virtually any color is available including metallic, non-metallic, opaque, transparent, and reflective chrome.

Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM) can be used to deliver a chrome finish without RF interference. Second surface printing and hard coat options provide a durable, scratch-resistant surface to meet stringent telecommunications and medical standards.

CNC lens are made using a computerized numerical control (CNC) cutting process. Specific cutters are used to create matte, polished, chamfer and radius edge finishes.
