We regularly use tools such as advanced product quality planning (APQP), value stream mapping, 5S, set-up reduction, through-put measurement, and lessons learned to keep our processes operating at high efficiency and quality levels.
Certifications
Our facilities are certified to TS 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Our fulfillment operations are based on ANSI guidelines, which specify process-based inspection and sampling standards. We have also earned the Wisconsin Forward Award, given to companies with the highest level of quality performance excellence.
Serigraph has the industry's most well equipped and TS certified testing lab and validation center located in West Bend, WI. The lab has nearly 50 pieces of equipment designed to test UV/Outdoor weatherability, thermal cycling, shock simulation, chemical analysis, Tabor/abrasion, mechanical fatigue, humidity, and many other specifications.
